Emily VanCamp

Emily Irene VanCamp has been an Canadian actress for several years. Her name is well-known due to the roles she played on the film industry and on television. There is a huge fanbase in American as well as Canadian TV. At the age of Emily was 12, she began to become attracted to acting when she visited her older sister Katie while filming one of her films. When she realized her love for acting she started taking classes in acting and going to auditions. In the beginning, she scored a handful of commercials and was soon selected for the Canadian TV show for children Are You Are You Afraid of the Dark? which featured her in a single scene with any dialog. Her first break came at 15 years old when she was cast in the WB's Glory Days as a regular. Emily's talent attracted the attention of Greg Berlanti when the show was canceled after only nine episodes. The show's creator cast Emily in Everwood which is his upcoming TV show. Emily has also been a dancer as well as a photographer. She was listed as one of Teen's top 20 actresses. Maxim ranked her 51st on their Hot 100 of 2014.
